Our guest is Dr. Kim Scheuer (*pronounced “Shoyer"), a board-certified physician in both Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. She practiced traditional medicine for over 20 years in Aspen, Colorado, in both hospital and clinic settings. Along the way, she discovered firsthand how a Whole Food, Plant-Based lifestyle can prevent, treat, and even reverse chronic disease. That transformation led her to found DOKS (*pronounced “docs”) Lifestyle Medicine, and she now sees patients across 25 states through Lifestyle Telemedicine. Dr. Scheuer lives the lifestyle she prescribes—plant-based, active, and grounded in the principles of Lifestyle Medicine.
