Our main objective is inclusiveness.

We come from all walks of life and different stages of health and wellness. Come join us, participation is FREE!

The Pod network now includes hundreds of Pods and over 200,000 people. We offer support to everyone interested in learning and practicing a whole food, plant-based lifestyle.

Pods are independent groups of like-minded people, working together to spread the message of plant-based nutrition in their communities, as well as have fun and build friendships.

We are excited to announce that the PlantPure Communities Pod Network is officially now Building Healthy Communities, A Physicians Committee Action Network! As you may know, the Physicians Committee is dedicated to saving and improving human and animal lives through plant-based diets, while creating a healthier world in which health and compassion are central values.

Juliette Arnold

Hello, Iā€™m Juliette, the current leader of the Biggest Little Plant Pod. I have been plant based since 2010 and could not go back to eating differently. I started my journey by reading the China Study and making the decision to change what I ate. Since my change in eating habits, I have become more aware of the environment, animal cruelty and agricultural practices. I enjoy meeting people and am happy to share the benefits of eating more plants!

The Pod was founded in 2018 by Kelly Hutchison Farrell and her daughter Emma to serve the Northern Nevada area around Reno. We currently have 250+ members and growing.

If you would like to help with the Pod please get in touch!

Our Mission

The Pod Network enables people to come together around the unifying idea of plant-based nutrition. We are here to create a non-judgement community around plant based lifestyles, sharing the benefits of this way of eating and encouraging others in the community to embrace it too. We want to spread the word that not only does a plant based diet create better health in humans, it is also THE most sustainable way forward for the planet and our future generations.
